well as ususal i have sold another car i have almost finished and bought another car almost finished ….
so this time i have gone in the deep end …………….!
i had a syncro g60 3dr last year doin 204hp with yellow fuch ………remember it !
well i managed to get another syncro g60 3dr,,,,in black again !
BUT this is running a 20vt ihi vf34r ,6spd quaife straight cut wiyh diff,omex managment,custom radtech fmic,etc etc
will get some pics up asap gonna get stuck in to it tomora so will post then …
here we go a dirty eng bay BUT VERY functional doing currently approx 300bhp ….more to come hurry up john i need ya aquamist methonol kit :wub:

replaced the silicon hose with alloy to stop it melting again …tighter than a nuns proverbial in there…
doublr clips everywhere and shortend evrything i can
moved the air feed away from the eng / need to shroud it next
started playing with bits
to keep things cool and boosted up
a littl bit of negative camber never hurt did it …

well i have just bought a tdo5 16g hybrind turbo for the beast ha ha as the ihi died on me !!!!!!!!!!! so gone a bit bigger and will now hold 20 / 24 psi all the way through to 7300rpm and boost up at 2400 sweet should be done for thur next week

its running a quaife 6spd straight cut box and diff up front and totally rebuilt std rear …as most of the power is controlled by the diff up front …works fantastic ….got her holding 22psi through to 6800 now its evil

some little bits i have changed ….and now si has done a bit of adetail for me too….shine !
all takin time but its gonna be a keeper
the brakes are off a tomcat ( rover) but a good friend of mine (rich with the brown caddy p.v.w car and winner e38 2yrs)has made the custom carrirers for me and also developing bells for me cheers rich ,my mate si of size detailing helped sort the body work 5hrs of hard graft ,si ya a dude ,de badged pinstriped grill little old me ,…..so slowly but surley getting there …she has also had a turbo upgrade now to a tdo5 16g ( evo 8 hybrid )thank you for all the help matt of dub unit and thats just about nailed my clutch ..oh joy .. so now next is the paddle clutch and a passat vr6 fr anti roll bar with the arb of a passat syncro on the rear …
