Golf Syncro

Hi. Here I’m putting up for sale to see if I get any interested in my golf syncro.
I originally bought this car to convert my G60 to 4wd. After a lot of thought I have now decided to scrap this idea and keep with the original car as this is where the money will be.
As It was going to be a Corrado conversion I bought it as a project and still stands as one.
It has been dry stored for 7 years. The previous owner had problems with a tuning company on his engine. He got that annoyed he decided to completely strip it and rebuilt it. This is how it stand to this day after all these years. I have his details for any further questions as he was very help full.
The Golf is in Atlas Grey. It’s had the usual mk2 rot at the bottom windscreen passengers side corner. Instead of patching it the windscreen has been taken out and a replacement corner is supplied to do it properly. This was to be a show car so no corners where going to get missed.
As it stands, this is a complete Syncro for rebuilt. If you want a show car it’s all done with parts off to powder coat and put back. If you don’t,it is there for your own wee project(4wd conversion).
I have mentioned completed. Only thing missing is the 1.8 engine. I looked down the route of a v6 or R32 conversion and went back to original.
As its been dry stored I will hopefully post pictures soon as its tucked away in the back of my garage. I have other commitments so where their it’s sells or sits another year I’m easy. I might consider breaking but would need big job lots gone.
