Hi, I need some new rear brake drums for my Syncro

Can you still get them new ??

And where from ??

Are they the same as any other VW model ??

No they are larger than the 2WD Golf rear brake drums.

By the time you have replaced the drums & shoes & springs etc you may just have well have converted the rear to disc brakes, it would probably be cheaper as well!

ETKA says only used on Jetta/Golf Syncros

Part Number is: 191609617A

Might not be very available at UK autofactors, annoyingly.

The linings are used in Passats though, so more likely to be available.
