    Hi all I know the fuel tank is different to a normal golf but is the filler nect different also?

    Yes they are different as the 2wd Golf 2 has a 1 piece tank & neck, while the Syncro has a seperate filler neck

    Thank you chris, I did notice the difference once I managed to drill the bolts holding the filler neck on,
    Need to find out the steering rack is different now lol

    Yes, the rack is also different, btw are you left or right hand drive? power rack or manual?

    Here you go, 191 part numbers are LHD & 192 numbers are RHD
