    hey there will the springs out of a 16 valve golf fit my syncro and are they any lower and if so how much i need to take the front down about 20mm. cheers

    Front springs should fit and afaik are the same height so if you want it lower you’ll need lowering springs.
    Rear springs will be too big, but you could of course cut them down …..
