Memberhi chris iam quite interested in these shocks for the rear, are they good quality ie longevity wise? do you think that its worth getting these front and rear or just the rears and getting a set of koni for the front? are they still £60 a pair? how much to ship? cheers daz

ModeratorHe will ship direct to the UK for 25 euros
I have a full set of 4 here which I am building up with new springs etc for Mark (Slateford) to replace his crappy coilovers,
They seem to be of exellent quality and they are TUV certified and have a 2 year warranty, what more can you ask for,
about 2 years ago I bought a set for a Corrado and they are still doing the bizz and the owner is well pleased with them [

ParticipantChris is correct when he says crappy coilovers, FK Highsports that is. I’ll be glad to see the back of them after driving Chris’s syncro with good old fashioned springs and dampers. A few syncro owners have gone onto the very expensive KW brand or back to standard VW or aftermarket suspension setups with good results and I don’t see the ones that Chris is building up as going to be any different. Can’t wait[

ParticipantWhen I visit Chris and Pascal in October, I’m sure they will have something to say about the ride quality of the FK’s.
