    Hello everyone! I am the proud owner of a 1991 3 door golf syncro. In the process of restoring her right now. I have noticed my reverse lights are not working; seems to be a common problem. I’ve taken it apart and noticed some of the springs are bent, the gasket has split and the reverse pin (R) has melted. I’m thinking it’s pretty much toast! Chris S do you still have a refurbished one for sale please? If not does anyone know where I might obtain one which isn’t at an astronomical price!!

    syncroschaun, any further info on your switch? as there are at least 3 different (non compatible) versions
