mk2 syncro to vr6 syncro

Hi everyone
After much consideration im going to convert the mk2 syncro to vr6 syncro. As an added bonus i have a full vr6 syncro car, The question is do i have everthing to convert the mk2, i was planning on changing the mk2 to 5×100? Any advice and help would be appreciated!!

Basically, yes you do, it can’t get much easier, Just swap the bodyshells over!

if you hit any problems please either post on here or e-mail me, btw what are you doing with all the spare parts? please, please, please don’t throw them away, not even the golf 3 shell.

Thanks chris, i thought as much that i would have everything to create one car. All the spare parts will be up for sale at some point sooner rather than later. The mk3 shell is in very good condition and never been jacked on the sill! Also has clima control so a good spec car!! If your interested in anything let me know!

The only problem is that I am so far away.

BTW is it a Golf or Passat VR6 Syncro you have?

obviously its not quite as simple as just swapping the shells over, but

at least you will have as good as every part you will need for the conversion []

haha i know it wont be that simple but hopefully have everything to do the job. Well chris im not as far away as you may think, im only 20 minutes from north shields ferry terminal which has regular crossings to amsterdam!!:0
