I have had this project in the works for a while and have collected most if not all the parts to covert the rear end to a syncro/haldex system.
the list is as follows
02m tranny
DSS front custom axles
peloquin diff
TT diveshaft
rear passat syncro system moded for haldex
haldex unit
moded rear axles
Syncro boot
golf syncro tank
I will post pics of the parts that I have started to work on.
By the end of the Month I will have the rear floor cut out to fit the new section.
some parts I need to have custom made like the bushings for the passat rear beam as well as the fuel pump.
I will try to answer any question that you may have.
The main thread with most of the work and progress is on the Corrado forum

Did you get the that floor from Jman in Portland Oregon?
Yes I did. Why did you sell it to him?
Yes, I shipped it over to him last year. []
May I ask – what was to cost to ship the floor to the US?
For the tranny I had a diff installed and modified the shifter forks
Also had a shifter housing shipped to me from UK that will work with the 6 speed mk4 internals but still for a mk2/3 frame

the car has been at the shop for 1 month now and still no work. I guess they want to start on it when the snow hits and things get slow. Since this job isnt a quick one.
