changing fliuds

hi i have got a mk3 golf vr6 going to be changing all the fliuds and wanted to no how much oil,what type and how much i think the rear diff is 0.7ltrs and the gearbox 2.4ltrs am i right also where are the drain plugs and the filler plugs thanks john
