Bower, wiper/washer, PW gone all of a sudden

Hi,

Yesterday I was going to go out to a restaurant and started the car up.
Normally at this time of the year JPN is still hot so I turned the AC on, but no air.
I then tried opening the windows, but no luck on these either.
After couple minutes of trials and I found below are not working.

-power windows
-defogger
-wiper/washer
-blower
-AC control, no click at the AC compressor mag clutch either

I looked up the fuse boxes but could not find any blown ones.
If you know or experienced similar issues, please share with the board.
