I would ask either nutter4x4 or solomk1 I think they are possibly the 2 people on here who run the most booooost [:0]

unfortunately the rallye suffers from cracked manifolds, mine had a crack in the same place believe a its a weak point in the design, also tried to fix it with no luck, the standard g60 non 4wd manifold is fine, ran plenty of boost (ie, 60mm pulley) with no issues, as for a replacement as mentioned on the vortex thread already raceland manifold other than that i can`t help you i`m afraid been out of touch with the standard manifold for a while now

I think i’ll go for this manifold then in my next setup I’ll modify it for ABF.

The G-werks one look very expensive…

I’need the find out how am I going to fit the EGT probe…

Nutter4x4 do you have link for your setup ? How much boost can you run with you 60mm pulleyed charger ?
Have you got an EGT probe ?

they can be welded up (carefully) but if it’s been welded already it probably won’t take. i’ve heard good things about mig-brazing though.

M90- the car is long gone now, well its been and gone and come back but with boosted vr in, i remember the 60mm pulley created over 1.5bar because the map sensor in the ecu wouldn`t allow any more and it would cut the engine,
i didn`t have EGT in the g60 then but have on the vrt
