After your post I added a link to the old forums. Keeping all the old posts was my top priority when migrating the system…i’d never want to ditch them all and start over. It does actually explain all this, cunningly hidden on the front page of this part of the site.

re no posts for 2 weeks? I don’t know where you’re getting that info but there were new posts from just the other day (golf country, chrome wheels, very nice too!)..I know it’s not super busy but it’s ticking along, old members are gradually retrieving their logins and new members are joining. The old forum really did have nothing going on, for all the reasons already discussed.

Either way, no worries and glad we’re all sorted now 🙂 (i think)
